is selected to develop the next-generation site for the Recording
Industry Association of America (RIAA) Lucid
Designs has been selected by the RIAA to design, develop, implement,
and deploy their next generation web site. The RIAA is the premiere
members organization for the music industry, providing a variety
of services to labels and artists across the country. Their desire
to launch a new and improved website early in 2000 springs from
a need to better convey information to their members and the public. To accomplish this goal, Lucid Designs will create an intuitive and visually compelling web site. It will feature modern and sophisticated navigation, cutting edge design, and full database integration. This will allow the RIAA to easily maintain and update the site with current news and press releases, company affairs, and label promotions. Additionally, a member's only area will be created which will serve as an information centerpoint for industry insiders, providing data and discussion forums for the appropriate groups.
