Chris Lea grew up in Chapel Hill, NC. He received a B.S. in Physics with Highest Honors and Distinction from UNC-Chapel Hill in the spring of 1997. Then, in the fall of the same year, he moved to Los Angeles, CA and formed Lucid Designs, LLC with his longtime friend Chris Maier. Chris usually develops using XEmacs on his Red Hat Linux machine. He also uses Windows 95 and NT to create applications with Symantec's Visual Café and Macromedia's Dream Weaver. Between his projects in physics and web design, he has worked with C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, HTML, DHTML, PHP3, SQL, Tcl/Tk, AWK, Fortran, and Visual Basic.
