The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) commissioned Lucid Designs to implement two new web sites to satisfy its goals of enhancing communication with its members and the general public.

The public site offers a wide range of features such as cascading navigation menus, newsletters, site-wide and Gold and Platinum searches, and a glossary. Much of the site's content is available in Spanish as well as English. Additionally, Lucid Designs developed a suite of web-based administration tools allowing the RIAA to update content such as the News and Press Releases, the glossary and other dynamic areas of the site.

The protected members-only web site offers expanded content and access to additional features such as electronic discussion groups and document sharing.
